The Summit Series is back for Season 2. CIB International’s flagship recognition programme celebrates the people who go beyond. Whether you drive deals or deliver essential support, this is your chance to be recognised for bold thinking, exceptional delivery and a relentless hunger to win.
Last year we took on Kitzbühel. This year we’re heading to, Italy. Winners will join an all expenses paid, three day ski trip in the Italian Alps. Luxury, adventure and recognition at the highest level.
The Summit Series recognises individuals who have achieved outstanding results through the following criteria:
- Exceptional contribution over-and-above what is expected of them in their role;
- Significant and/or measurable impact on our clients and/or people in their work environment or on business objectives (quantitative and/or qualitative);
- Outcomes aligned to at least one of the four categories, aligned to the MoE programme;
- All-round performance, values and behaviour worthy of further recognition; and
- A year-end rating of ‘Right on Track’ or above.
To qualify, you must:
- Meet all of the above criteria
- Have not attended a previous Summit Series trip
- Be a permanent, non-executive employee in CIB International (Executives are excluded but can be nominated as co-hosts by business leaders)
- Demonstrate impact aligned to one or more of our Summit series categories:
- Not nominate yourself
