We’re proud to launch The Summit Series – CIB International’s flagship recognition programme, designed to celebrate those who go beyond. Whether you drive deals or deliver essential support, this is your opportunity to be recognised for bold thinking, exceptional delivery, and a relentless hunger to win.

Winners will join an exclusive, all-expenses-paid ski experience in the Austrian Alps – a three-day escape of luxury, adventure, and recognition at the highest level.

The Summit Series recognises individuals who have achieved outstanding results through the following criteria:

Exceptional contribution over-and-above what is expected of them in their role;
Significant and/or measurable impact on our clients and/or people in their work environment or on business objectives (quantitative and/or qualitative);
Outcomes aligned to at least one of the four categories, aligned to the MoE programme;
All-round performance, values and behaviour worthy of further recognition; and
A year-end rating of ‘Right on Track’ or above.

To qualify, you must:

Meet all of the above criteria
Be a permanent, non-executive employee in CIB International (Executives are excluded but can be nominated as co-hosts by business leaders)
Demonstrate impact aligned to one or more of our Summit series categories:
- Relentless Client Centricity
- Pioneering Innovation
- Collaboration & Inclusivity
- Execution Excellence
